These Terms permit you to use our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. 6. Purchasing our Products 


When you register for an account for purchasing our products, you hereby represent that:

• You meet such age requirement;
• The information you provide is accurate, current and complete;
• You will be responsible for all activities and transactions that take place and all materials posted by you or anyone using your account;
• You will be solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your account and password.

If you place an order, we reserve the right at any time to decline the order, we will let you know why and seek to find the best alternate solution for you if this very rare circumstance occurs. We will refund all monies received in relation to a cancelled order.

We do our best to give accurate pictures and descriptions of products on our website, but remember that everyone's screen is different, so items might look a bit different in real life, and colours might vary slightly from how they look on screen.

Our webstore is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell great coffee to you.

7. Recurring Subscriptions

If you start a subscription, you agree to be billed in a recurring fashion on a per-order basis until your subscriptions is a) canceled or b) paused. If pausing, the subscription will remain paused until the requested resume date or if a resume date is not specified, the subscription will remain paused indefinitely. You may cancel your subscription at any time via our website. The term of your subscription is continuous.

8. Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your coffee so if you have any concerns and things weren’t what you expected then please let us know. We don't generally offer refunds for change of mind or because something isn't to your taste, but if there is a quality issue we will make it right. We'll always meet our obligations around refunds and returns.
All orders received are final and goods or service will be shipped as per the order form, so please make sure you double-check your address. If it’s too late though and you see a mistake, drop us a line and we will do our best to make the change for you. Alternatively, if you receive your order and something is amiss, please contact us at crewcoffee.hk@gmail.com. We will handle errors on a case-by-case basis.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and us with respect to the use of our website. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Voucher Terms & Conditions

The voucher is worth HK$25, or HK$45, and is only eligible for use in the specific business location of Crew as indicated on the voucher. This voucher is valid until the date specified on the voucher and will be void upon its expiry. All customers are required to present original copy of the voucher at the main cashier in the specific business location of Crew as indicated on the voucher to redeem the products. Photocopies of the voucher will not be accepted. Damaged or altered voucher will be invalid. One or more of this voucher can be used for any transaction. Each voucher can only be used once. If the value of the item(s) you purchase or order exceeds HK$25, or HK$45, you will be required to settle any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher presented. If the value of the item(s) you purchase or order is less than HK$25, or HK$45, no change is allowed for any unused amount in the voucher presented and any unused amount will be forfeited. This voucher is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or other benefits or offers. This certificate will not be replaced if lost or damaged. The decision of Crew on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the use of certificate(s) shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. Crew reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
