Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your coffee so if you have any concerns and things weren’t what you expected then please let us know. We don't generally offer refunds for change of mind or because something isn't to your taste, but if there is a quality issue we will make it right. We'll always meet our obligations around refunds and returns. 


All orders received are final and goods or service will be shipped as per the order form, so please make sure you double-check your address. If it’s too late though and you see a mistake, drop us a line and we will do our best to make the change for you. Alternatively, if you receive your order and something is amiss, please contact us at crewcoffee.hk@gmail.com. We will handle errors on a case-by-case basis.
