This MNPBH Lot comes from Elora Station in Sidama, Ethiopia. The coffee is grown at 2,300 metres above sea level and produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene of Elto Coffee.
Elto Coffee carefully separates its coffee cherries according to picking period and individual tree clusters. This precise nano-lot approach allows the producers to closely trace each harvest while highlighting the clean and complex character associated with Sidama coffees.
This lot combines Mini 74158 and Peaberry and is processed using the honey method. Part of the coffee’s mucilage is retained during drying, adding sweetness and body while preserving a bright and clearly defined citrus profile.
